Jodi Grant

Jodi (Willa) Grant nee Mullins, Age 91, of Portage, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 1, 1930 in Haysi, Virginia to Whetsel and Bertha (Lariccia) Mullins. Jodi is survived by her sons, Jim (Sandra) Grant of Toone, TN and Darrell (Janet) Grant of Portage, IN; daughter, Jodi Grant of Beverly Shores, IN; daughter-in-law, Patty Mullins; grandchildren, Laurie Richmond, April Mullins-Berrier, Lyndsey Sisco, Jordan Grant, Shyanne Grant, Brandon Langley, Lucas Bencze, Brandon Bencze, Jessica Haynes-Susdorf, Joshua Grant, Jessica Roberts, Renee Mundt, Curtis Lohr, Marissa Dillon and Tyler Dillon; 22 great grandchildren; brother, Lonnie (Geneva) Mullins, sister, Sonia Mullins and sister-in-law, Clarice Mullins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim Grant; son Douglas Mullins and great grandson, Aiden Grant. Jodi was a member of Grace Nazarene Church for many years and loved God. She was loved dearly by her children, grandchildren, friends, neighbors and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She enjoyed working in her yard with her husband, taking care of her flowers. Jodi loved animals and her dogs, Drella and Alfie held a special place in her heart. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, Portage Chapel, 6941 Central Ave., Portage, IN with Pastor Lonnie Mullins officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 1, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Wednesday from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow services at Heritage Cemetery, Portage, IN. Memorials may be made to Grace Nazarene Church, 5360 Clem Rd., Portage, IN 46368.
