Gerald Lee Ermert, age 73 of Chesterton, IN passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 in Valparaiso, IN. He was born on August 8, 1948 in to Elmer and Emily (Salter) Ermert. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home Chesterton, 517 Broadway, Chesterton, IN 46304. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Gerald's honor to the organization of the donor's choice.
