Bonnie Kay (Sutton) Reeder, age 62, of Chesterton, IN passed away on Monday, October 12, 2020 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on May 28, 1958 in Valparaiso, IN to James and Phyllis (Adams) Sutton. Bonnie is survived by her husband, James Reeder; children, Cara Reeder, Justin (Dalila) Reeder and Jessie (Nick) Kobitka; mother, Phyllis Sutton; brother, Tony (Becky) Sutton; sister, Charlene (Daniel) O'Bradovich; grandsons, Jackson and Jonathan Reeder. She was preceded in death by her father, James Sutton and sister, Angela Najar. Bonnie worked for Porter County Central Dispatch for 27 years. She was a member of Liberty Bible Church. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2020 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home Portage Chapel, 6941 Central Ave., Portage, IN. Funeral Ceremony will be held on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 10:00 am at Liberty Bible Church, 824 N. Calumet Ave., Chesterton, IN with Pastor Kevn Dekker officiating.
